Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the self-hosted publishing tool at https://mass-posting.ru, operated by Voronin Anton Vladislavovich, Individual Entrepreneur. The Service is private and single-operator; it is not offered to the public and has no sign-up.

2. Permitted use

• The Service may be used only to publish content the operator owns or has the rights to publish, and only to social media accounts the operator owns or is authorised to manage.
• Use of each integration is additionally subject to that platform’s own terms: the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms, the TikTok Terms of Service, and the Meta Terms of Service and Platform Terms.

3. Prohibited use

The Service must not be used to:

• inflate views, likes, followers or any other engagement metric, whether by automated means or by coordinated accounts;
• disguise the identity of an account, evade platform detection, or circumvent rate limits, quotas or enforcement actions;
• publish content that infringes third-party rights, or that violates the rules of the destination platform;
• operate accounts on behalf of a third party without their authorisation.

The Service contains no functionality for engagement inflation or detection evasion, and requests to add such functionality will be refused.

4. Availability

The Service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Publishing depends on third-party APIs whose quotas, review status and availability are outside our control; a platform may reject, delay or remove a post for its own reasons.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voronin Anton Vladislavovich, Individual Entrepreneur is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, or loss of content arising from use of the Service, including loss caused by a platform suspending or terminating an account.

6. Termination

The operator may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting accounts and shutting down the deployment. Disconnecting an account revokes the Service’s access to it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Russia.
